微生物发酵法生产紫杉醇的研究进展

摘要: 微生物发酵生产紫杉醇由于其环境友好、工艺简单、成本低廉的优势,近年来被认为是解决紫杉醇生产原料来源危机的良好方法。由于单位发酵液中紫杉醇产量太低,迄今为止尚没有一株可以进行工业化生产的产紫杉醇菌株问世。本文就微生物发酵法生产紫杉醇的研究现状进行了总结分析,主要包括紫杉醇产生菌的筛选、发酵培养基的优化、微生物体内紫杉醇合成相关酶基因的克隆及产紫杉醇菌种的改良。

Abstract: For its environmentally acceptable,relatively simple and inexpensive features,microor-ganisms fermentation has been investigated as a potential alternatives to solve the crisis of raw material. No commercial fermentation strain has been used so far,because of the low production. The aim of this study is to review and analysis the present status of research on paclitaxel-producing by microorganisms,screening of paclitaxel-producing microorganisms,optimization of the culture medium,genes of the paclitaxel biosynthesis and improvement of the taxol-producing microorganisms.
